Chef Kenny’s passion in the culinary arts began at a young age where he grew up helping in the kitchen of his Dad’s restaurant. The joy that he experienced while seeing satisfied diners at the restaurant motivated him to bravely pursue his passion in hope of making a name for himself. Taking a first step, Chef Kenny relocated to northern Italy, city of Turin, capital of Piedmont. Immersing in the authentic culture and cuisine of Italy, Chef Kenny honed his skills in various elite establishments including a Michelin-starred restaurant. This allowed him to learn traditional Italian cooking techniques while giving him room to explore and develop his creativity in creating dishes that are extraordinary with simple ingredients. At Grissini Epicure Italian Grill, a stellar dining experience awaits as Chef Kenny takes your palate on a wanderlust journey to Italy.
In view of current guidelines from the Singapore government, dine-in services is available from 10th August with no more than 5 people per table (fully vaccinated individuals). Takeaways and delivery orders are still available. We have also stepped up our precautionary measures by maximizing contactless experience in our F&B outlets.
